* Provide administrative support for critical tasks, initiatives, and special projects in collaboration with the Head of Operations Recruiting.* Manage calendars and coordinate schedules for the Head of Operations Recruiting.* Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and alumni databases.* Build and maintain diverse talent pools to meet future hiring needs, including engaging passive candidates through outreach and networking.* Collaborate with hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and align them with role requirements.* Bachelor’s Degree.* 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in recruiting or talent management.* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and research techniques.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.* Excellent written and oral communication abilities.* A collaborative and self-driven approach that fosters interpersonal networks.* A curious mindset with a proactive attitude toward identifying opportunities for improvement.* Ability to interact effectively with management at all levels.* Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.* Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the recruiting field.* Work Authorization: Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.* This description outlines the core activities of the role but is not exhaustive.
