Tanner Ryan Executive Placement Specialists is a boutique healthcare recruiting firm placing top talent in the medical device space. We’re growing and looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix!

This is a great entry-level opportunity (2+ years admin or recruiting support experience) for someone who wants to grow into a recruiter role.

What You'll Do:

• Support sourcing, scheduling, and marketing tasks
• Post jobs and content on LinkedIn, our website, and job boards
• Conduct screening calls with candidates
• Keep our CRM up to date (Loxo experience a plus)

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in admin, recruiting support, or marketing coordination
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with tech tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office)
• Bonus: WordPress or marketing tool experience
• Extra Bonus: Any related experience working with the healthcare or medical device space
