Job Title
Recruiting Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts, including interviewing, pre-onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers/HR team.
- Actively source and search for qualified candidates through company ATS, job boards, referral programs and other recruiting platforms.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating candidate records/dispositions, maintaining accurate data in the ATS, and preparing recruiting-related documentation.
- Assist with pre-employment checks, including background screenings, reference checks and technical assessments as needed.
- Support new-hire orientation and assist candidates through the pre-onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Additional administrative duties as assigned by the HR Business Partner.
Job Qualifications
- Previous recruiting or HR experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills; must adapt to changing priorities throughout the workday.
- Must be professional in both appearance and behavior.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written skills, along with a strong understanding of email etiquette.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual and biliterate (Spanish/English) highly preferred.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
