Responsibilities
- Support hiring managers by reviewing job postings and ensuring effective branding to attract top talent.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
- Assist with screening and interviewing candidates via phone and face-to-face as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of processes, programs, and policies to support managers and employees.
Support the recruiting process by developing strategic plans using social media, recruiting sites, and networking; scheduling pre-screening calls; maintaining requisitions; building brand awareness; tracking recruitment sources; identifying data gaps; participating in strategy sessions; assisting with onboarding; providing feedback; maintaining documentation; and preparing reports.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
- Occasional travel for events or meetings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with employment laws preferred.
