Work From Home Recruiter Needed in Long-Term Care Company!

JOB SUMMARY
Evergreen Healthcare Group is currently seeking a Long-Term Care Recruiting Coordinator to assist in the vetting, scheduling, strategizing, and recommending top-notch healthcare workers for our facilities. This position is not conducting direct-to-hire selections but will be part of a collaborative and strategic recruiting team focused on individual facilities’ needs as they arise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Works with Center leadership to develop recruitment goals to meet required staffing levels.
2. Works with, mentors, and oversees areas of company applicant training system (ATS).
3. Post jobs to various job board sites (e.g. Paycor, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
4. Assess and prioritize recruiting needs of the team.
5. Pre-screen and assist with interview scheduling, as needed.
6. Explore and support Centers to recruit at a community level to generate qualified applicants.
7. Maintains records on recruiting activities, as required.
8. Participate in projects and team meetings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

1. Must be internet savvy.
2. Self-driven, self-motivated, autonomously driven mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
4. Collaboration skills are a must, along with the ability to grasp new technologies and strategically think.
5. Ability to establish a strong rapport with candidates, team members, hiring managers, and clients.
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
7. Strong computer skills, including MS Office365.
8. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
9. Applicant Tracking System (Apploi and Indeed) experience, highly preferred.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Working knowledge of Indeed (including Smart Source), LinkedIn, and other job boards.
2. Knowledge of the long-term healthcare/skilled nursing facility environment, required.
3. Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree.
4. Two or more years of LTC recruiting and/or talent acquisition skills, required.
5. Preferred previous experience in Human Resources.
