Job Title: Corporate Recruiting Coordinator
Job Type: Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion)
Pay Rate: $38-$40/hour
Location: Fully Remote but would strongly prefer Boston or New York location

This is not a recruiting role. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator with deep experience managing high-volume scheduling, juggling multiple requisitions, and interfacing professionally with candidates, internal stakeholders, and senior executives.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate a high volume of interviews across time zones and multiple requisitions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Manage all scheduling logistics, including Zoom or in-person meetings, conference room bookings, calendar alignment, and itinerary distribution
Serve as the candidate’s main point of contact throughout the hiring process, ensuring a white-glove experience from interview scheduling to offer
Communicate regularly with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to keep processes on track
Maintain and update candidate records in the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Draft and send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback requests
Coordinate reference checks, initiate background checks, and assist with onboarding logistics
Support ad hoc talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives
3+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a corporate, consulting, or professional services environment
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and handle complex scheduling scenarios with competing priorities
Polished and professional communication skills, with confidence when interacting with senior-level stakeholders
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (required or strongly preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and video conferencing tools (Zoom)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute scheduling changes
Experience working in a remote environment with distributed teams
