Overview

A top-tier global investment company is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support its high-performing recruitment team. This fully remote role is ideal for a proactive, efficient, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. The Recruiting Coordinator will partner closely with recruiters and business stakeholders, support diversity initiatives, participate in recruiting events, and use data to inform hiring strategies.

Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $39.00/hr

This range is provided by WhiteCap Search. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination, conference room booking, and candidate expenses.
  • Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates, managing changes as needed.
  • Promote a friendly and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Coordinate Zoom interviews with candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring teams.
  • Correspond with candidates and internal teams via email, phone, and in person throughout the hiring process.
  • Update and maintain candidate information in Greenhouse, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner closely with Human Capital and Technology teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications
  • 25 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
