About the Role

We are looking for a talented Recruiting Scheduler on a contract basis (6-month contract) to support our hiring process from start to finish. You will collaborate with hiring partners, recruiters, and candidates to create a personalized and engaging recruiting experience.

You will

• Efficiently schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across various time zones, including international locations.
• Manage cancellations and reschedules swiftly and effectively.
• Communicate any changes to all relevant parties while updating internal systems as needed.
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and challenges autonomously.

Ideally, you have

• 1+ years of relevant experience in scheduling or coordination.
• A proactive approach to tackling challenges and finding effective solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• A well-organized and process-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and accurate work completion.
• The ability to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.

At Scale, compensation packages for eligible positions include base salary, equity, and additional benefits. The salary range provided is reflective of minimum and maximum target salaries for the position. Your recruiter will share the specific salary range for your location and confirm equity eligibility during the hiring process.

You will have access to benefits such as comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO. This position may also offer additional benefits like a commuter stipend. The base salary range for this full-time position in San Francisco, New York, and Seattle is $75,000 - $90,000 USD.
