Key Responsibilities:

* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

* Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.

* Support payroll processing and employee expense reports.

* Manage initial candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling for open roles.

* Coordinate interview logistics and facilitate a positive candidate experience.

* Assist with new hire onboarding documentation and orientation.

* Maintain organized financial and recruitment records.

* Support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Recommended Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.

* Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

* Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

* A genuine interest in supporting human resources and recruitment functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior exposure to recruitment processes or HR administration.

* Experience in a small to medium-sized company environment.

* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
