Position: HR and Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Durham, NC (Onsite)

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: 2+ years of recruiting coordination or HR support experience, preferably in a technical or engineering-focused environment.

Greene Resources is seeking an HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support high-level engineering recruitment efforts in a growing and dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, scheduling, and managing candidates for critical engineering positions in both Durham, NC and Houston, TX. Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment for high-level engineering roles
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms for niche technical positions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple locations and time zones
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist with job postings, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding logistics
• Provide a seamless and professional experience to candidates and internal stakeholders
• Support additional HR administrative functions as needed

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn or similar platforms
• Experience supporting multi-site recruitment is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite in Durham, NC
