Status: Direct Hire

Salary: Up to $120sK DOE

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters
  • Manage on-campus interview process for summer associates, and support the summer associate program
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Oversee secretarial support services and effectively manage secretary to attorney ratios
  • Provide general HR support including benefits assistance, administering leaves of absence and intern program management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Recruiting experience, including but not limited to conducting interviews and verifying references
  • Prior experience coordinating on-campus interviews and summer associate programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
