Salary: Up to $120sK DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters
- Manage on-campus interview process for summer associates, and support the summer associate program
- Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Oversee secretarial support services and effectively manage secretary to attorney ratios
- Provide general HR support including benefits assistance, administering leaves of absence and intern program management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of HR experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Recruiting experience, including but not limited to conducting interviews and verifying references
- Prior experience coordinating on-campus interviews and summer associate programs
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
