Salary: Up to $120sK DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters
Manage on-campus interview process for summer associates, and support the summer associate program
Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires
Oversee secretarial support services and effectively manage secretary to attorney ratios
Provide general HR support including benefits assistance, administering leaves of absence and intern program management
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of HR experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Recruiting experience, including but not limited to conducting interviews and verifying references
Prior experience coordinating on-campus interviews and summer associate programs
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
