Business Solutions Manager – Sales & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Specifically in this role, the Business Solutions Manager is responsible for driving business development and recruitment efforts in the Denver, Colorado area. The role operates in a largely virtual environment where the culture emphasizes creating remarkable experiences and delivering end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle services to promote our finance and accounting workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead business development and outbound sales activities
• Recruitment and talent development for client accounts
• Develop and grow the client base and new business opportunities
• Promote staffing solutions and represent the company in the market

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience
