Ledgent Finance & Accounting, one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the U.S., focuses on placing entry level to senior level finance and accounting talent across a variety of industries. We are currently seeking a Market Manager for our operations in the Denver, CO area.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the local team for the finance & accounting business line in the Denver, CO area.
  • Participate hands-on in sales and recruitment efforts with candidates and clients.
  • Utilize end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle skills to promote staffing solutions to clients and prospects through video and in-person meetings.
  • Work in a largely virtual environment with a culture that prioritizes exceptional experiences.

What We Look For

  • Market Manager should live in the greater Denver, CO area.
  • Thrives in a business development and outbound sales environment.
  • Strong business acumen and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-resolution abilities.
  • Finance or accounting related industry experience is helpful.
  • Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful.
  • Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values.
  • Committed to belonging within a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience.
