We provide cleaning services for offices, industrial, and medical facilities at competitive prices. With over 650 team members, we manage daily cleaning for more than 12 million square feet across Wisconsin and Illinois. Our services include contracted cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, and disinfecting.

Position

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and screen applicants to fill current job openings.
• Respond to and resolve employee requests/concerns in a timely manner.
• Set up orientation and personnel files.
• Perform various administrative functions to support the Human Resources Department.
• Facilitate new hire orientations to lay the foundation for a positive work experience and provide ongoing employee relations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational skills and effective communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility to be part time or full time.
• Location: Wisconsin-based with services across Wisconsin and Illinois.
