Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Brookfield, WI
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5
Pay Range: $60k - $70k + bonus
Summary: Connect Search is hiring an HR Generalist with recruiting experience in Brookfield. This position offers a hybrid work-from-home schedule of 1 day per week.

Responsibilities

  • Full Life Cycle Recruitment
  • Execute recruitment strategies for assigned region
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System to create internal and external job postings, screen resumes, submit candidates to managers, and maintain applicant records
  • Partner with HR team to collaborate on overall recruitment efforts company wide
  • Utilize job boards, social media, referral programs, and tech colleges to recruit candidates
  • Conduct interviews, and process all forms of background checks, pre-employment drug screens, MVRs
  • Assist with affirmative action goals
  • Process new hires, complete e-Verify and create employee files
  • Conduct orientations with new employees (or coordinate with branch designee, as appropriate)
  • Coordinate and ensure onboarding program is followed for every new hire
  • Community Outreach Programs
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify community outreach programs
  • Organize events such as food drives, blood drives, etc. and promote positive social impact
  • Administer our Employee Recognition Program
  • Assist with planning luncheons and employee events
  • Administer employee credit cards and PPE reimbursements
  • Administer the daily 401k activities requested by employees including deferral updates, distributions, rollovers; coordinate communication with third-party provider
  • Assist with employee engagement surveys and addressing employee feedback
  • Counsel managers on employee relations matters
  • Coordinate external training courses for employees as needed
  • Projects or other duties as assigned by CHRO or President

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in HR is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
