Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Partner Recruiting Manager to identify, onboard, and develop high-performing channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of partner recruitment, enablement, and relationship management.
The Channel Partner Recruiting Manager - East will be responsible for:
Partner Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach; build a pipeline through research, outreach, and networking; present value propositions to prospective partners.
Onboarding and Enablement: Oversee onboarding for new partners; provide training, tools, and resources to help partners effectively represent and sell our solutions; develop partner playbooks with Channel Operations, ensuring policy adherence.
Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to target and recruit partners aligned with business goals; analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and high-potential regions.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with partners; act as primary point of contact during recruitment; conduct regular reviews to assess performance and alignment with objectives.
Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs; provide regular reporting and analysis on recruitment and onboarding; use insights to refine strategies.
Collaboration and Communication: Work with internal teams (channel account managers, sales, marketing, operations) to support partner success; align recruitment with regional market needs.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management, partner recruitment, or sales
Proven track record of recruiting and enabling successful channel partners
Strong understanding of indirect sales models, partner ecosystems, and channel dynamics
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and make informed decisions
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management systems
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Target Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 USD
Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate, and consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law.

5+ years experience in one of the following: Sales, Channel Management or Channel Partner Recruitment
