Our client, a prominent small professional services organization, is seeking a dynamic Campus Recruiting and Program Manager to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for campus and early talent hires, as well as developing new recruitment strategies and assisting with professional development. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle campus and early talent recruitment programs.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for campus and early career hires.
• Assist with professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in campus recruitment and program management, required.
• Bachelors degree, required.
• Professional services experience, highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this role is $90k-$110k. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
