• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to optimize candidate experience and hiring workflows.
• Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and seamless integration with core HCM functions.
• Provide system support, testing, and enhancements to improve recruitment and onboarding efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; background in Business, HR, or IT preferred.
• Oracle Cloud Certification related modules (preferred).
