Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manages end-to-end recruitment for call center new hires and temporary staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Coordinates temporary staffing paperwork including integrity testing, background checks, and onboarding documentation
- Facilitates onboarding steps: confidentiality statements, dress code policies, badge creation, IT access, HIPAA training, and HealthStream access
- Prepares new hire documentation and onboarding checklists; follows up with new hires to ensure compliance with employee health and background check requirements
- Maintains a tracker for temporary employees and ensures data accuracy
- Serves as a backup to Recruiters and the Onboarding Specialist as needed
- Provides recruiting support for the Access Center and other departments as assigned
- Processes internal promotions, demotions, and lateral transfers
- Maintains office bulletin boards, birthday lists, and engagement flyers
- Develops and manages the company's employment brand via social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Creates original content (text, photo, video), schedules posts, and responds to messages and comments to promote engagement
- Tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of online presence
- Coordinates the externship program, placing students in clinical areas and maintaining relationships with educational institutions
- Represents the organization at job fairs and other events, and evaluates participation for cost-effectiveness and impact
