Job Description

Shift: 3rd - 10:30PM-7AM (M-F)

Position: Plastic Manufacturing Associate for 24/7 operation of robotic plastic injection molding machines. Responsibilities include running one to five machines simultaneously, visual inspection and packaging of parts, operating auto load assembly machines, and inspecting packaged products. Identify and report quality issues to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications include basic math skills, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a sense of urgency. Prior experience in manufacturing, injection molding, handling small/delicate parts, or in the medical/pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, teamwork orientation, quality consciousness, and record-keeping aptitude are essential.
