Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in large generator components, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and fabrication of critical parts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Friday - Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Friday - Sunday 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

What's the Job?

Collaborate with teammates in a safe, climate-controlled environment to manufacture parts for large generators

Fabricate components by following blueprints and instructions accurately

Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards

Operate and adjust machinery to produce precise components

Utilize hand tools for tasks such as building, forming, bending, punching, grinding, cutting, brazing, buffing, and welding

What's Needed?

2 years of consistent manufacturing experience

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings

Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to lift and transport parts and components safely
