We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our products are produced efficiently and to the highest possible standard. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from initial R&D manufacturing to project scheduling, and will play a crucial role in our company's success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with the R&D team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Use knowledge of hardware to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the manufacturing process.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and delays are communicated promptly.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of BOMs (Bill of Materials), ensuring materials are available and costs are controlled.
• Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Implement and manage quality control processes, ensuring products meet exacting standards.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to align manufacturing with wider business objectives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Extensive knowledge of R&D manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Strong understanding of hardware and its role in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in project scheduling and BOM management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
• A degree in Engineering or Manufacturing or a related field would be highly advantageous.
