Responsibilities
- Design and improve manufacturing processes (FDA, ISO 13485 compliance).
- Conduct time studies and optimize workflows.
- Analyze production data using Excel and DOE.
- Apply TOC principles to resolve bottlenecks.
- Develop tooling solutions in SolidWorks.
- Support rapid prototyping.
- Maintain process documentation.
- Collaborate with operators through Gemba walks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
- Document processes for audits and improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years in manufacturing, preferably medical devices.
- Proficiency in Excel, DOE, and SolidWorks.
- Experience with time studies, load leveling, and tooling design.
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping and process documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Gemba practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Class 1 medical devices.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TOC.
- Experience with Mastercam routing.
- Ability to implement pull systems.

Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $45.00/hr.
