Job Description: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Thousand Oaks Site

Job Type: Full-time, Shift-based

Summary:

The Manufacturing Process Associate will support development, clinical, and launch activities in a dynamic production environment. This role involves hands-on operations, adhering to SOPs, GMP guidelines, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, clean, and sanitize manufacturing equipment
• Prepare buffers/media per SOPs and manufacturing procedures
• Follow GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) and ensure strict safety and compliance
• Monitor and perform critical processes, basic troubleshooting
• Conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment
• Perform washroom activities (clean small/large equipment)
• Work in a cleanroom environment with required personal protective equipment
• Initiate quality reports and assist in drafting/revising SOPs and MPs
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Review documentation (equipment logs, batch records)
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods
• Available to work various shifts (days, swing, graves, weekends, holidays)
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• High school/GED + 2 years work experience OR
• Associate’s degree + 6 months work experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree
  
  

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

• Mechanically inclined
• Flexible to work any shift (days, swings, graves, rotating every 3-6 months)
• Close proximity to Thousand Oaks site
