Manufacturing Engineer – Permanent Role

Lancaster, MA | $100,000–$120,000/year (Based on experience)

Join a growing team where innovation meets precision manufacturing. We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements, manage capital and product launch projects, and work hands-on with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product projects from concept through implementation, including cost analysis, DFM review, tooling design, and production planning
• Identify and implement lean manufacturing techniques (5S, Kanban, Poke Yoke, TPM, etc.)
• Reduce cost, scrap, rework, and set-up time across processes and equipment
• Create and maintain production documentation packages
• Troubleshoot tooling and production processes to support quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with the new product development team and report to the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field (BSME, BSIE, BSGE, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, tools, and equipment
• Experience leading capital and product projects from start to finish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Project Management experience is a plus
