Manufacturing Engineer – Permanent Role Lancaster, MA | $100,000–$120,000/year (Based on experience)
Join a growing team where innovation meets precision manufacturing. We’re hiring a
Manufacturing Engineer
to lead process improvements, manage capital and product launch projects, and work hands-on with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
Lead
new product projects
from concept through implementation, including cost analysis, DFM review, tooling design, and production planning
Identify and implement
lean manufacturing techniques
(5S, Kanban, Poke Yoke, TPM, etc.)
Reduce cost, scrap, rework, and set-up time across processes and equipment
Create and maintain
production documentation packages
Troubleshoot tooling and production processes to support quality and efficiency
Collaborate with the
new product development team
and report to the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering

Requirements:
B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field (BSME, BSIE, BSGE, etc.)
5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, tools, and equipment
Experience leading capital and product projects from start to finish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Project Management experience is a plus
