• Operate large-scale reaction vessels, industrial centrifuges, and dryers.
• Support operational functions and contribute to process improvements.
• Engage in troubleshooting and performance management within the production area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a production environment preferred, or an Associate degree with 5+ years of chemical manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
