Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Duties

• Lead and manage the manufacturing team to achieve production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and equipment.
• Monitor production processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety within the workplace.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to streamline operations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff, providing coaching and training to enhance skills and productivity.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, prepare reports for upper management, and make informed decisions regarding process improvements.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing management role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software systems for scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
