Kelly Science is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for a growing client located in Houston, TX.

Salary: $95,000-115,000/year depending on experience

Employment Type: Full Time; Direct Hire

Responsibilities

1. Manage CAR-T projects, coordinating across functional groups to meet deadlines.
2. Prepare and deliver data reports to internal and external parties.
3. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Cell Therapy equipment.
4. Develop and update training programs for GMP and CT process compliance.
5. Draft and implement SOPs for GMP facility use.
6. Conduct gap analysis for new processes and complete Tech Transfers within deadlines.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and safety.
8. Schedule employees to uphold communication and training standards for a zero-deviation environment.
9. Support IND filings as needed.
10. Set, track, and report KPIs aligned with Manufacturing and company goals.
11. Investigate deviations in processes with relevant functions.
12. Train Manufacturing Associates on new processes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment (viral vector, cell therapy, or biotech), experience with viral vector or TIL processes a plus.
3. 1+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
4. Strong knowledge of GMP Practices and FDA requirements required.
