Role Description

Provides engineering support to manufacturing processes, projects, or functions. Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies. Supports NPI and new equipment/process introductions. This is an individual contributor role that requires judgment, professional expertise, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

University Degree in Engineering or extensive practical experience. Knowledge of procedures and concepts within the discipline. Ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience.
