Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide engineering support to production teams to ensure efficient workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in quality and productivity. You will work closely with supervisors, production staff, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and the achievement of operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to production teams to facilitate workflow.
• Assist production teams in resolving blocking points.
• Support the Team Supervisor in coordinating work activities between teams.
• Update indicators and tracking files as per customer requests.
• Participate in the development of action plans to improve productivity and quality.
• Assist the Team Supervisor with continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT tools and software (e.g., Catia) and strong ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Solid technical and managerial knowledge in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
