Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily shift operation of the 3rd Shift on the Multi Tak at Plant 4.
• Must lead the shift in safety, quality, production and cost.
• To be successful as Supervisor, a candidate must be able to: solve problems; provide direction; coach associates; hold the team accountable; effectively communicate with peers and management; continuously drive departmental improvements.
• Plan shift production using Formula Control and works with other departments to meet customer demands.
• Monitor the Head's Up Display screen to monitor process status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing required.
• Previous experience as Lead, Fill-In Supervisor or Supervisor within the most recent 5 years required.
• Carpet Dyeing Experience preferred.

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, hours fall to out-punch day, observed calendar, shift starts PM.
