Job Description

We are seeking an in-house manufacturing technician to become an integral part of our team!

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to:
• Work with a team to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair Komar equipment
• Use precision measuring instruments and gauges
• Perform equipment testing
• Interpret mechanical drawings
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively

Preferred Applicant Qualities:

• Dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Safety-conscious
• Self-motivated
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields
• Experience with 5T-15T overhead cranes
• Familiarity with assembly tools and metal shop equipment
• Basic hand tools proficiency
• Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements: Medium physical exertion, including bending, kneeling, stooping, crawling, climbing ladders, stairs, and other equipment. Standing and walking required. Max lift of 75 lbs., with an average of less than 35 lbs.

Work Environment: Inside manufacturing facility, exposed to dust, oil, grime, fumes, and industrial lubricants. Moderate noise level, requiring hearing protection. Exposure to grinding and welding debris, eye protection, and other PPE such as safety shoes.
