Open Position

Assembly Operator

Join a pioneering company at the forefront of microelectronics innovation! As an Assembly Operator, you'll gain hands-on experience in a clean, high-tech environment where precision, teamwork, and quality drive every project.

Hours & Pay

• Pay Range: $19.50/hour (entry-level) up to $22.00/hour with manufacturing experience
• Shift: 1st and 2nd shift
• Shift Differential: Additional 10% pay for 2nd shift

What You'll Do

• Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment
• Perform inspections using microscopes, ensuring compliance with Military and JEDEC standards
• Follow detailed specifications, reaction paths, and instructions
• Use hand tools to process delicate products without damage
• Conduct Quality Assurance-level inspections to maintain standards
• Train peers on equipment and processes
• Keep work areas organized and audit-ready
• Utilize computer-based systems to track production and record data

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills and English proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!)
