Open Position
Assembly Operator
Join a pioneering company at the forefront of microelectronics innovation! As an Assembly Operator, you'll gain hands-on experience in a clean, high-tech environment where precision, teamwork, and quality drive every project.
Hours & Pay
- Pay Range: $19.50/hour (entry-level) up to $22.00/hour with manufacturing experience
- Shift: 1st and 2nd shift
- Shift Differential: Additional 10% pay for 2nd shift
What You'll Do
- Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment
- Perform inspections using microscopes, ensuring compliance with Military and JEDEC standards
- Follow detailed specifications, reaction paths, and instructions
- Use hand tools to process delicate products without damage
- Conduct Quality Assurance-level inspections to maintain standards
- Train peers on equipment and processes
- Keep work areas organized and audit-ready
- Utilize computer-based systems to track production and record data
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills and English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!)
