Schedule and Location:

• Full-Time, 40 hours/week
• Location: AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, 9100 West 74th Street, Merriam, KS 66204

Responsibilities:

• Clean cooking areas, utensils, and equipment in the kitchen as needed.
• Wash and sort flatware, serving dishes, china, and glasses.
• Operate the dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize all food preparation surfaces, counters, and shelves after each meal.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors after each meal; remove trash as assigned.
• Operate and clean dish machines and equipment following department procedures, including routine sanitizer checks.
• Follow manufacturer instructions and SDS sheets when handling cleaning chemicals.

Requirements: High School Education or equivalent (preferred)
