About our Location
At our Avon Mill, we produce 50 lb. bags of flour distributed to restaurants, cruise ships, hotels, schools, as well as Betty Crocker dry mix pouches. Our plant has two product platforms: flour and dry mixes. The flour we produce is integrated into Betty Crocker mixes. We are a small plant with a great culture where you will get to know the people you work with. Fun facts: we produce about 1.1 million pounds of flour per day and about 100 million Betty Crocker pouches per year. When making our chocolate chip cookie mix, around 2000 lbs of chocolate is added per hour to the packaging line.
