Sinomax is currently hiring for an experienced Forklift Operator for 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive and unload freight both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; check for damaged goods; verify quantity and quality of order; verify items received with purchase order; wrap, package, and ship supplies; and move finished goods to trucks for transport to the shipping facility.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Inspect lift truck and complete daily lift truck inspection form at the beginning of each shift.
2. Mount and dismount the lift truck throughout the shift to check product.
3. Scan product information to enter details and complete necessary paperwork.
4. Confirm container/product quality by verifying tag numbers with report information.
5. Assemble and package materials to relocate to designated areas.
6. Notify supervision of any materials unable to locate.
7. Maintain good working condition of the equipment.
8. Inspect dock doors, chocks, pull chains, bumpers, and pads and notify supervision of any repair needs.
9. Report any incidents immediately.
10. Work safely with complete adherence to all safety procedures.

Qualifications

1. Maintain Lift Truck Certification.
2. Previous lift truck experience preferred.
3. Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and squatting throughout the shift.
4. Ability to work around heavy industrial equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.
5. Must be able to distinguish color and shade differences.
6. Computer knowledge and data entry skills.
