Position Title: Forklift Operator

Position Overview:

The Forklift Operator primarily supports warehouse operations. Responsibilities include safely operating forklift equipment to move, load, and unload materials while complying with safety regulations. A strong team spirit, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential to ensure smooth and safe warehouse workflows.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $20 - $22, full-time
• Benefits: 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid annual leave, paid sick leave, statutory holidays.

• Operate forklifts to transport goods within the warehouse and loading docks
• Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently
• Stack and organize inventory in designated areas to optimize storage space
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or safety hazards
• Follow all company policies and workplace safety standards
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to support overall operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Minimum of 1 year forklift operation experience; valid forklift certification preferred
• Age under 50 preferred
• Demonstrated responsibility, good teamwork skills, and a positive work attitude
• Ability to follow scheduling arrangements and safety protocols

• Proficient in safe operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Basic mechanical knowledge for identifying equipment issues
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and procedures

• Clear verbal communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and team members
• Ability to follow instructions and report operational concerns promptly
• Team-oriented with a cooperative attitude

• Basic English reading and writing skills for understanding safety instructions and documentation
• Mandarin proficiency preferred

• Physically able to perform duties, including standing, walking, and operating machinery for extended periods
• Comfortable working in variable warehouse environmental conditions
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to complete any required training or certification renewals
