Our mission is simple: make NDT faster, smarter, and more reliable. We’re expanding into Germany and looking for our first sales hire to help us grow in one of Europe’s most important industrial markets.

The Role

We’re hiring an Account Executive who will lead our sales efforts in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the market, work closely with leadership, and help shape Weld Done’s growth in Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business development and manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
  • Engage with NDT, welding, and inspection companies to demonstrate how Weld Done transforms their workflow.
  • Build strong relationships with trade professionals, contractors, and industrial partners.
  • Represent Weld Done at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with our global team to refine sales strategy and customer success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
  • Background in NDT, welding, or a related trade (you understand the field).
  • Previous sales experience - comfortable with outreach, building trust, and closing deals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, driven, and excited by being the first boots on the ground for a startup.
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and trade events.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: Competitive blend of base salary + commission. (Year 1 OTE $60,000-80,000)
