Overview
AvetixCyber is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join their expanding team in Central Europe. This is a pivotal role to drive technical sales success for a dynamic cybersecurity and automation company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert across the Central European region.
- Partner with the sales team to lead discovery sessions, deliver product demonstrations, and provide trusted technical guidance to enterprise customers evaluating automation solutions.
- Bridge customer challenges and innovative technologies to help organisations streamline and secure their operations at scale.
- Partner with Sales Directors to support customer engagement across Germany and wider Central Europe.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to support continuous innovation.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant role within Cybersecurity and Automation.
- Strong technical expertise in security automation, SOAR, SIEM, cloud security, or related domains.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
- Willingness to travel within Central Europe.

- OTE: EUR 160k - 200k
