• Engage in critical inspections: first piece, in-process, and final for internal welding operations.
• Decipher job specs and blueprints to guide and ensure adherence to customer and regulatory demands.
• Foster collaboration with engineering for document improvements and process clarity.
• Identify safety risks and suggest efficiency enhancements for smooth workflows.
• Innovate by proposing new methods to advance current practices and protocols.

Additional Responsibilities

• Instill quality principles across the team, ensuring alignment with ISO standards.
• Oversee effective communication for issue resolution and improvements with key stakeholders.
• Curate and sustain essential quality logs and records.
• Evaluate incoming materials to meet our gold-standard criteria.

Your Expertise

• A confident understanding of successful welding processes.
• Proven skills in conducting quality checks with a trained eye for detail.
• Expert in or eager to achieve D1.1 certification.
• Adaptability with a range of technical inspection tools.
• Adept at interpreting complex blueprints and welding codes.
• Familiar with ISO procedures and quality management systems.
