Welding Shop Laborer - Days and Nights Available

Join our team as a Helper-Trainee-Laborer supporting our welding shop in Anacortes, WA. This full-time position offers opportunities to grow into a welding career through in-house training.

Details

• Location: Welding Shop - Anacortes, WA
• Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM or 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hour (+7.5% shift differential for night shift)

Responsibilities

• Set up tools and materials before welding
• Clean work areas after welding
• Sweep floors and maintain safety standards
• Support welders and fabricators with general labor tasks

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1+ year in fabrication or industrial setting
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work night shifts

Requirements

• Pass a fit-for-duty exam
