Our Lady of Fatima-GP Catholic School Athletic Coach

Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School is seeking coaches for various teams for the upcoming school year. All coaches must complete an Applitrack form on the Galveston-Houston Archdiocese website, undergo online Safe Environment Training, and complete required annual trainings including Bloodborne Pathogens, First Aid & Sudden Illness, AED & CPR, Anaphylaxis & Epinephrine, and Child Abuse & Neglect. This is a stipend-only position.

During the season starting late August, teams will practice twice and play twice weekly. We participate in the Greater Houston Catholic Athletic Association, divided into North and South divisions, with games against nearby schools. Travel will be involved, and parents are responsible for transportation.

Our student athletes vary in skill; some have experience, others do not. We do not cut students, so all interested students can join, with JV being developmental and Varsity competitive. The ideal candidate will have coaching or playing experience, be knowledgeable about the sport, possess excellent communication skills, build rapport with players and parents, and serve as a good Christian role model.
