Provide unique experiences to help our guests overcome challenges and promote high quality service in an outdoor environment.

Oversight of all Aerial Sport related program and areas at the Summit Bechtel Reserve
Participate in weekly operations meetings with other area directors and full-time management
Train and manage staff to have the knowledge to carry out a safe, impactful, and fun program
Prepare end-of-season report with recommendations for operational improvement
Monitor and report on facility conditions, inventory control, equipment and guest safety
Provide periodic performance evaluations of staff and partake in any disciplinary actions
Model the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactions
Maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area
Perform additional duties assigned by SBR leadership
Abide by policies and procedures outlined in the SBR staff handbook

Minimum age: 21+
Required: C.O.P.E. Director National Camp School Card (training provided)
Required 2+ yr. leading teams, Prefer 2+ Summit employment
Documented Aerial Sports work experience
Willing to become a registered Scouting America member (includes background screening)
Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication

Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 9 hours daily and ability to lift/move up to 70 pounds
Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record, including height/weight guidelines
Housing: 10x12 platform tent in Staff Camp | Uniform: Summit Staff Uniform | Work Hours: 45-55

High emotional intelligence (such as self/social awareness and team dynamics)
Positive and cheerful attitude with a strong customer-service focus
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with ability to learn/develop hard and soft skills
Ability to connect with individuals from diverse age groups, maturity, and backgrounds
