Overview
Director of Racquet Sports - Elkhorn in Sun Valley is an HOA located in Sun Valley, Idaho. We are looking for a seasonal Director of Racquet Sports, who is a strong leader with skills in tennis and pickleball. The ideal candidate should have experience in building and running programs, recruiting excellent staff, and engaging members and possess a great sense of humor.
Responsibilities
- Manage two racquet sports facilities, including clay/Har-Tru courts, hard tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
- Build and run programs for members; recruit and supervise staff; engage members; contribute to a positive member experience.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for racquet sports operations during the season.
Facilities and Location
All of our facilities have a spectacular view of one of America\'s finest ski destination resorts, with views of Bald and Dollar Mountains. The summer months offer hiking, fishing, swimming, and, of course, racquet sports!
Compensation
Compensation based a blend of weekly salary, housing, and commission.
