Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Coda Search is partnering with a high-growth media company that has surpassed $75M+ in revenue and continues to expand year over year. With ambitious plans for 2025 and 2026, the company is looking for a Senior Accountant to play a crucial role in its finance team.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting with month-end close, variance analysis, and process improvements, while collaborating closely with the Controller on special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy across the balance sheet and income statement
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Manage general ledger reconciliations, posting adjusting journal entries as needed
• Perform monthly variance analysis, identifying key trends and insights
• Assist in process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency across the accounting group
• Support the annual audit, preparing and organizing required documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• NetSuite experience is required
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
