Orthopedic Sales Representative, Sports Medicine

Saxum Surgical, representing Arthrex as an agency partner in Southern California (Orange County to Los Angeles to Simi Valley), is seeking a dedicated Sports Sales Representative. With over 70 sales representatives and support staff, Saxum is committed to helping surgeons treat their patients better through educational programs and innovative products.

The Sports Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales goals within their territory, building customer relationships, and providing expert knowledge of Arthrex products. The role involves consulting surgeons in the operating room regarding product use and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the territory.
• Maintain and build customer relationships through communication and in-person visits.
• Promote and educate about Arthrex products and procedures.
• Support compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
• Participate in sales and professional meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic experience; sports experience preferred.
• Ability to relate to customers in the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
• Comfortable working in open operating room environments.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures, terminology, and OR protocols.
• Ability to learn technical information related to surgery and procedures.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
