Children's Soccer Instructor Needed for Preschool and Elementary Age Children

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program emphasizing character development. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We operate in over 150 locations across Northern and Central Florida, serving more than 10,000 children annually.

• Starting Pay: $20-$28/hour (based on experience)

Qualifications for Coaches:

• Passion for early education and youth development
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., including background checks
• Must be 18+ to pass Florida DCF Level 2 background check

Coaching Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm
Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm

A Typical Day:

• Manage classes of up to 16 children safely
• Implement curriculum focused on skill and character development
• Arrive on time and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain equipment and manage rosters
• Make a positive impact
