Overview

Crystal Lake Dental Associates is looking for a hygienist to join our team! Hygiene coverage needed Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Pick one, two or all three days. We are offering a $5,000 welcome bonus.

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a welcoming environment.

Position Details

Requirements

• Valid dental hygiene license in IL
• Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• CPR Certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Qualifications and Experience

• New grads are encouraged to apply
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care
• Clinical needs as required by the office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary; reasonable accommodations may be made
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically
